Another "Sun swim club sessions are great" thread

Because even when the other coaches are nt coaching they are swimming in the same lanes.
So when they catch you up (I think they only do half lengths or something Wink

) they spot stuff with your technique that would go unnoticed from the side of the pool.
Its the shortest part of a triathlon but anything that makes it easier and gives you a little more energy for the other legs is a good thing.
Sundays 8pm Cool

Work smarter, not harder.... if this dos nt work see Rule 5.

Is it all meet up in the pool, in the bar before hand or what? Not attended a meet before as it's my first year as a member of Lincsquad Badger
