Although the club organises formal training sessions as below, other sessions are organised adhoc through the clubs facebook page or forum (n.b. to access the forum you will need to be a member).

Saturday 10:00am – 11.30am. Quibell Park, Scunthorpe – Please arrive by 9:45am to register. For adult track participation please contact one of the cycling coaches.

Please note that the cycling sessions for the autumn and winter months are grass sessions focusing on cyclocross and mountain bike skills, we usually run the first part of the session on the grassed areas and then move into the woods to look at applying what we’ve just been looking at. Track sessions return in the spring when the weather is a bit better.

Spin, Strength & Conditioning Training;

Sunday   2.30pm – 3.30pm. The Pods Leisure Centre, Scunthorpe.

Note, these only run throughout the winter months.


Sunday   4.00pm – 5.00pm. The Pods Leisure Centre, Scunthorpe – . Please arrive by 3.50pm to register.

Tuesday  8.00pm – 9.00pm. Ancholme Leisure Centre, Brigg – . These are both coached and non-coached sessions

Please note, to take part in our swim sessions you must be able to demonstrate that you can swim at least 50 meters without stopping, touching the side or bottom of the pool in a recognised front stroke to the satisfaction of our coaches.


Monday       6.30pm – 7.30pm. Quibell Park, Scunthorpe –  Please arrive by 6.20pm to register.

Wednesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm. Venue’s vary, (see RiderHQ for locations) –  These are non-coached sessions.

For road run sessions, any youth members wishing to take part must be accompanied by an adult who has parental responsibility..

We also run kayak starter sessions early in the year, just in time to get you ready to enter the Brigg Bomber! Please keep a watch on the forum.
