Running; Quibell Park, Scunthorpe – Monday 6.30pm – 7.30pm Please arrive by 6.20pm to register.
During the winter months, this is a full club session run with the adult members on the athletics track. There may be a road run session some weeks, any youth members wishing to take part in this must be accompanied by an adult. Please also see the Running Section in the club forum for details of any additional weekly running sessions.
Please note that the minimum age for both running and swimming is 8 years of age by the 31st of December, this is to ensure that we comply with the insurance requirements of British Triathlon
Cycling; Quibell Park, Scunthorpe – Saturday 10:00am – 11.30am. Please arrive by 9:45am to register.
Check the Forum to see if the session is running and register that you wish to attend. Also the Lincsquad Facebook page will keep up to date with any changes in sessions.
Please note that the cycling sessions for the autumn and winter months are grass sessions focusing on cyclocross and mountain bike skills, we usually run the first part of the session on the grassed areas and then move into the woods to look at applying what we’ve just been looking at. Track sessions will return in the spring when the weather is a bit better.
